Skintour Check out our skin care & anti-aging knowledge base

Thank you for giving us notice of any cancellations you may have to make.

Almost all of our patients are respectful of our time and the time of other patients who want to get in for an appointment or are waiting to be seen. And we understand that emergencies can happen that interfere with appointments. But we have developed the following policies to protect the time of all patients and providers.

Cosmetic Appointments

We require three business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel a cosmetic appointment. For late appointment changes or failure to keep a cosmetic appointment, we reserve the right to charge in full for the amount of the scheduled procedure.

Medical Appointments

We require three business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel medical appointments.

Late Arrivals / Late Cancellations / “No Shows”

When a patient is more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule their appointment, so as not to inconvenience other patients.

If a patient has three instances of late cancellations and/or failure to keep appointments, they will be referred to another clinic for their dermatology care.

Practice Policy Update Regarding COVID-19

A Message from Dr. Irwin and the team at Madison Skin and Laser Center:

To help support our community and help staff fight COVID-19 we have made the difficult decision to close our office temporarily.

We are planning on reopening April 20th, dependent on restrictions for business at that time.

If you would like to schedule an appointment for when we reopen, please contact us at (206) 215-6600 to leave a message, we will contact you as soon as we can.

If you need skincare products, SkinTour is our sister site and can process your order. Product shipments are being sent out on a regular schedule.

Thank you for your support, and hoping we can all stay healthy and safe together!
