Be sure to bring with you :

• Your insurance information.  Many medical services are covered by insurance, whereas cosmetic services are elective and not covered by insurance.  For your medical co-pay or your cosmetic appointment, bring cash, check, or a credit card.
• A list of all prescription or non-prescription medications you have
  recently taken or are taking now.
