Dr. Heather Rogers and her staff like to have a surgical consultation with each patient prior to performing Mohs surgery for skin cancer. At that appointment we will evaluate your skin cancer and medical history, review how the day will work, and answer any questions.
If you are unable to come in, we can perform a phone consultation two weeks before to your surgery date. Prior to the phone consultation, we will ask you to fax a completed medical history form and copy of your skin biopsy to our office at 206-215-6650.
