Dr. Rogers, Dr. Irwin, and Rebecca Patton, PA-C, and their staff offer a range of treatment options for pre-skin cancers, including Photodynamic Therapy.
We were one of thir first dermatology offices in Washington to offer Photodynamic Therapy for precancerous lesions.

Over time, sun exposure can lead to the development of rough patches on one's face, ears and hands. These patches are called actinic keratoses and are pre-skin cancers. Between 1 to 5% of actinic keratoses will develop into a skin cancer, making them important to treat.
We will design a treatment program for you, including options such as:
- Liquid nitrogen
- Creams with fuorouracil to treat these pre-skin cancers (Efudex, Carac) or imiquimod (Aldara)
- Photodynamic therapy
We are one of the only dermatology offices in Seattle to offer Photodynamic Therapy for treatment of these pre-skin cancers, or actinic keratoses.
Dr. Brandith Irwin and Dr. Heather Rogers are both board certified dermatologists. They and Rebecca Patton, our certified Physician Assistant, provide exams and multiple treatment options for actinic keratoses at our Seattle dermatology office.
Here at Madison Skin & Laser Center, we have been providing dermatology care to the greater Seattle area since 1999.
