Dr. Irwin and her staff have been providing laser services in Seattle for over ten years.
We bring the safety and results of a full-service dermatology office to your laser treatments.
After the initial consultation, we'll provide you with detailed information tailored to your needs.
Laser Services
We have many different laser skin treatments for the following:
- Sun damage: such as brown spots, age spots, blotchiness, and redness
- Wrinkles and color: lasers can reduce wrinkles and restore luster to your skin
- Sagging skin or laxity: the new third generation Thermage tips tighten the skin on your face without pain (see also our Thermage page on this site)
- Hair removal
- Acne scars: the Fraxel laser and the new carbon dioxide laser both offer significant advances in treating acne scarring
- Leg veins
Safety and results form the two keynotes of the laser practice at our Seattle dermatology office, Madison Skin & Laser Center. Dr. Irwin has been using lasers since the early 1990s, and our laser practice has performed thousands of lasers treatments since its founding in 1999. We have never advertised, because our goal is to serve our patients, not the public. Our laser practice is one of the best on the West coast.
Our Commitment to Safety
We ensure safety because we regard lasers as medical devices that should be operated by trained medical professionals. Dr. Irwin, Dr. Rogers, both board certified dermatologists, Rebecca Patton, and Denice Schwind, our certified Physician Assistants, are trained in lasers themselves and on site for our treatments. Denice is a Certified Laser Safety Officer, and all of our providers belong to professional laser societies and attend conferences to stay on top of new treatments and new technology.
Our Commitment to Results
We deliver results by the extensive experience of Dr. Irwin, Dr. Rogers, Rebecca, and Denice, and by our commitment to knowing the latest in techniques and technology. With this experience, we can identify the treatment that will safely bring results for your particular goals. To put it simply, we know what works and what doesn't. Delivering safe and effective treatments to the right patients ensures our success.
Prices vary for laser treatments, and a consultation is required unless you have seen one of our providers. Some so-called medi-spas will tease you with low rates for a single treatment. But many laser treatments, such as photorejuvenation, are effective only if done in a series. We give you the full facts about the treatment and the price.
