Cancellation and Late Arrival Policies

Thank you for giving us notice of any cancellations you may have to make.

Almost all of our patients are respectful of our time and the time of other patients who want to get in for an appointment or are waiting to be seen. And we understand that emergencies can happen that interfere with appointments. But we have developed the following policies to protect the time of all patients and providers.

Medical Appointments

We require three business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel medical appointments.

Cosmetic Appointments

We require three business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel a cosmetic appointment.  For late appointment changes or failure to keep a cosmetic appointment, we reserve the right to charge in fullfor the amount of the scheduled procedure.

Late Arrivals / Late Cancellations / “No Shows”

When a patient is more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule their appointment, so as not to inconvenience other patients.

If a patient has three instances of late cancellations and/or failure to keep appointments, they will be referred to another clinic for their dermatology care.
