Cancellation Policies
Almost all of our patients are respectful of our time and the time of other patients who want to get in for an appointment or are waiting to be seen. And we understand that emergencies can happen that interfere with appointments. But we have developed the following policies to protect the time of all patients and providers.
We require two working days notice to reschedule or cancel medical appointments. We charge $50.00 for late appointment changes or failure to keep an appointment.
For our cosmetic patients, we require five days notice to reschedule or cancel a cosmetic appointment. We charge in full the amount of the procedure(s) outside of this guideline. Please respect our practice and our patients time.
